On-site Conference, Registration, TEST

This is a sample form for on-site conference registration and payment page.

The conference-specific part of the page starts with a picture. A standard picture is used for conferences.

Below the picture is a title in capital letters. This will be the name of the conference.

In the free text field, a text prepared by the conference organiser about the information and instructions of the conference is presented first. Please note that the cancellation policy is mandatory and binds both participants and organisers. After the information and instructions of the conference, an istruction text related to payment and a disclaimer text are presented. This text section is the same for all conferences.

After the free text field, are the products. First, the product variations are presented in the drop-down menu. These are registration categories/fees from which the participant can choose only one option. After the product variations, the related products are shown in the checkable options. These are optional products from which the participant can make choices according to their own preferences.

After the products, the form has standard on-site conference question fields that the participant must fill out. Please note that the preparation and delivery of invitation letters is on the responsibility of the conference organiser. The system does not generate invitation letters.

Name of the conference, 1-3 September 2018, venue.

Early bird fees are valid until 30 April 2018. After that, the fees rise by 50 euros. Registration is open until 15 August 2018.

Please note that if you cancel your registration by 15 August 2018 you will receive a refund of the conference registration fee, minus a 50 € administrative charge. Refunds are not available after 15 August 2018. Cancellations must be made in writing to 'contact email'.

Registration is always binding. Payment occurs immediately, invoices are not delivered. By paying the fees you accept the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy. Fees are payable with a credit card, mobile payments (MobilePay, Siirto), or through an online bank transfer (Finnish banks). Payments are made through the Verifone Finland Oy, BlueCommerce website.

Billing details: First and last name must be entered exactly as they are on the credit card used for payment. Order confirmation and receipt will be sent to the email address entered in the billing details. The company and address information fields are optional, but if you need your organisation's information on the receipt, you must enter the necessary information in these fields.

The conference organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the Conference. The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind so please check the validity and coverage of your own travel insurance.

The organisers do not take responsibility for force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, outbreak of severe contagious epidemic, major strikes etc.). In such a case, the organising committee reserves the right to decide about refunding of paid registration fees.
