Decision on your application will be made by the FSDR Board in January or February 2026.
The membership payment must be paid before your conference registration.

Registration is always binding. Payment occurs immediately, invoices are not delivered. By paying the fees you accept the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy. Fees are payable with a credit card, mobile payments (MobilePay, Siirto), or through an online bank transfer (Finnish banks). Payments are made through the Verifone Finland Oy, BlueCommerce website.

Billing details (later on the registration process): First and last name must be entered exactly as they are on the credit card used for payment. Order confirmation and receipt will be sent to the email address entered in the billing details. The company and address information fields are optional, but if you need your organisation's information on the receipt, you must enter the necessary information in these fields.

The conference organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the Conference. The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind so please check the validity and coverage of your own travel insurance.

The organisers do not take responsibility for force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, outbreak of severe contagious epidemic, major strikes etc.). In such a case, the organising committee reserves the right to decide about refunding of paid registration fees.
