If you would like to book a guided tour for your group, please make a reservation through our booking calendar.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>How much does an online ticket cost?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The price of a ticket for 2026 is slightly cheaper when purchased online. You can check admission fees on the webpages of each\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.helsinki.fi\/en\/luomus\/visit-us\">public attraction<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What payment methods are available in the online store?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Available payment methods include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Finnish online banks: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, S\u00e4\u00e4st\u00f6pankki, Aktia, Oma S\u00e4\u00e4st\u00f6pankki, POP Pankki, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, and \u00c5landsbanken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment cards: Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, and Eurocard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mobile payments: Siirto, MobilePay, and Apple Pay<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Payments are processed through Verifone. Ticket sales end&nbsp;30 minutes before closing time.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Can I buy an advance ticket with a Museum Card?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, you can purchase a ticket with a Museum Card. &nbsp;<br>First, select your desired public attraction and visit date in the online store, then choose \u201cAdmission ticket with Museum Card.\u201d Please present your Museum Card upon arrival at the museum.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Can I buy a ticket for an event in advance at a public attraction?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tickets for events are sold in advance only via the webshop.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Where do I show my ticket when I arrive?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please present your ticket at our&nbsp;ticket office.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Transferring or refunding tickets<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I can\u2019t use my advance ticket after all. Can I get a refund?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a general policy, tickets are non-refundable. We may extend your ticket\u2019s validity period for a justified reason.
